Our story
A father & daughter kitchen
Casa Silva started with a simple idea: Miami deserved a real, traditional paella made with proper technique and the best ingredients. Behind every pan is Gabriel, a Cordon Bleu chef with more than 40 years in hospitality. His daughter Gabriela built the concept with him from scratch.
We opened the same month María, our first daughter and Gabriel's first granddaughter, was born. Two beginnings, one unforgettable moment.

Questions & answers
How many portions do I need?
Count one portion per adult. Each paella is cooked for at least 6 portions, and you can mix types: for 12 people, try 6 Valenciana and 6 Seafood.
How far ahead should I order?
Every paella is cooked to order, so the earlier the better. Ideally, order 24 hours ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. For same-day orders, send us a WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Key Biscayne. If you're off the island, add your address to the order and we'll quote delivery. You can also pick up at 260 Crandon Blvd #47.
How do I pay?
We confirm the final total when we reply to your order, along with the payment options.
Do you cater events or private dinners?
Yes, from office lunches to private dinners at home. Write to us on WhatsApp with the date and number of guests and we'll put together a menu.
Any allergies or dietary needs?
Tell us in the notes field. Our seafood dishes contain shellfish and the croquettes contain dairy and gluten.
